For many of our customers, advanced slitting systems form an important basis for their efficient and trouble free production. The DIENES slitting systems play a key position on an international level - be it with automatic, semiautomatic or manual operation. Apart from the highly accurate positioning and an optimal slitting speed, our slitting systems impress with a fast and processstable slitting width positioning in horizontal and vertical guide systems and minimum waste generation. Furthermore, the safe operability as well as compact design ensure practice-oriented application. For this, our automatic positioning system “SIMU-FLASH” is pioneering. Controlled via touchscreen, simultaneously operated units ensure accurate knife positioning in less than 15 seconds. This is independent of the number of knife units. Like our other systems it can be used in new systems as well as in many existing environments. At DIENES our know-how comes from a single source. We develop and produce all components required for our slitting systems as well as the system control itself and thus create systems operating harmoniously. This way we ensure that the systems from our comprehensive standard program set new standards time and again.
